How true this statement is!  Dino is one of Kelowna’s top agents and has been Realty Executive’s Top Agent year after year.  Staying ahead of the game to win success – from sports fields to the real estate arena, Dino Gini brings unbridled enthusiasm, dedication & service.

The results speak for themselves.  In 2005, Dino received one of British Columbia’s Coaches of the Year awards for leading the Senior Girls Basketball team at Immaculata Regional High School to their third provincial championship.  In the same year, he earned the Double Diamond and Chairman’s Awards from Realty Executives Kelowna.

A former squash player, as well as an avid player of hockey, baseball and basketball, Dino arrived in Kelowna in 1988 and loved it so much he stayed.  He landed a job as manager of the Courtplex Fitness Centre, and quickly became part of the community, building a network of friends and acquaintances through his clients at the Courtplex.

Encouraged by one of his clients, Dino entered the real estate profession in 1991.  He had always been interested in real estate and saw the change of career as a challenge.  He transferred the skills he had learned in sports into real estate and was successful from his first year in business.  “In sports, I learned how success comes from being determined and competitive,” Dino explains.  “I also learned that it takes hours of hard work to achieve a better result.  It was a natural transfer for me to bring the attitude and skills into my real estate business.”

Dino has worked for the company now known as Realty Executives Kelowna his whole real estate career.  One of the fastest growing franchises in the industry, Realty Executives attracts real estate professionals who have the character, leadership and sales skills to drive their own business.  For Dino, it is a good fit.

During the time he has been in the real estate business, Dino has earned a reputation as a ‘people’s agent’.  He represents both buyers and sellers and handles a mix of properties, including condos, houses and building lots, valued from $100,000 to $5 million.  Comfortable with a wide variety of personalities, he has the ability to stay relaxed yet focused in stressful situations, which smoothes the negotiation process.  “When I’m working on a deal, I can keep an even keel,” Dino says.  “I know when I have to sit back or when to be more aggressive.  It’s a skill that probably cannot be taught.  I credit it to my sports background.”

Dino has also successfully marketed various land developments for several Developers, including South Slope Estates, Belcarra Estates and Beford Estates.

Dino’s level of service, integrity and honesty have remained the same.  That consistency is the reason why clients continue to refer his name, and why Dino continues to be one of Kelowna’s top producing Realtor’s® year after year.

 

Charlene Volk

Born and raised in Kelowna, Charlene was employed by Realty Executives Kelowna for 12 years before joining Dino’s team as his full time assistant and office administrator.  Experienced and knowledgeable in a wide variety of real estate aspects, Charlene works closely with Dino’s clients to ensure that the level of service Dino has created is consistently maintained.  “Whenever I step out of the door to meet with clients, I know I will have everything I need,” Dino says, “her positive attitude and high energy help keep the office organized and running efficiently, while her friendly, outgoing manner provides a great rapport with clients.”
